Position: Payroll Specialist

Job location: Duesseldorf

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

• Being     responsible for data validation and resolving discrepancies within tight     deadlines;
  
• Manage     relationships with various stakeholders and local payroll providers with     on the accuracy and timely receipt of payroll reports;
  
• Knowledge of     social security, tax laws and regulations
  
• Prepare     monthly payroll reconciliations and accrual reports;
  
• Ensure     compliance with statutory regulations and company policies;
  
• Support     various internal and external audits;
  
• Manage our payroll system with the support of an     external provider
  

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2-3 years of     experience with German Payroll, ideally in an international cooperate.
  
• Experience     in SAP HR (Payroll), ADP, Datev, and or other financial payroll modules is     helpful
  
• Problem-solving     mindset and positive attitude;
