About this position Sales Operations Specialistis a position with diverse responsibilities which are conducted by aprofessional who analyzes data, researches processes, and manages variousprocedures to ensure all sales records are managed and organized properly. Youwill work with a team of Salespeople to support the overall sales processthroughout the year, and the responsibilities include building pitches anddocuments for the sales team, conducting research and analyzing data, andoverseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organizationreaches our sales goals. Your tasks · Providing front-line assistance to customers, like resolvingbilling and subscription inquiries, and assessing and reconciling invoices fromcustomers. · Maintaining internal CRM systems and collaborating with internaldepartments and procedure owners to ensure correct system data. · Steering and supporting Sales projects from A to Z, likeonline/ offline process management, project status steering, order execution, customer query feedback,sales data check, and management, etc. · Closelyworking with HQ China relevant departments, support ad hoc tasksand research projects as directed by China HQ like Marketing and Logistic · Handling other duties and responsibilities as defined bymanagement and sales projects as required, such as team meeting organization, documenttranslation, and marketing event support.
