Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)-logistics/e-commerce Job Responsibilities: Serve local customer fulfillment requirements using multiple communication channels (email, telephone, chat functionality etc.) Share responsibility for the day to day case load management in line with CS SOPs, ensuring timely and proactive communication with customers and other stakeholders Improve your working knowledge in relation to e-commerce fulfillment, serving our customer needs ensureing our operations are conducted in accordance with our SOPs and adhereing to the KPIs set. Complete all tasks assigned to you including system entry requirements and additional tasks assigned by your Manager in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications: Atleast 2 years customer service experience preferably in a 4PL / e-commerce fulfillment work environment or experience in the freight or logistics industry. Ability to proactively manage customer interactions focusing on prompt issue management. A focused, results orientated individual with a continious improvement mindset. An effective verbal and written communicator to effectively interact with clients including Senior Management Personel. Excellent command over the English language (both verbal and written) is critical. The ability to fluently communicate in Mandarin would be a real bonus. Experience using the Zendesk platform would be highly regarded. Eligibility to work in Germany on a permanent basis.
