We are currently looking for a team assistant Intern to join our team!
Location: Düsseldorf
At Hanshow you will:
Support our German office to deal with daily operation work and ensure that all related data is always up-to-date;
Support HR and Finance team in daily tasks when needed, such as coordinating interview, assisting onboarding process, purchasing and inventory management of supplies etc.
Coordinate facilities management (Office facilities, keys, visitors, catering etc.) and events.
Be the internal and external contact person for administrative topics and be ready to take over any tasks that might come up from our office.
Who are we looking for:
A background and interest in Human resources, administration or business operations, and are eligible for a full-time internship;
Outstanding communications skills, self-motivated learner, able to work closely in a team but also independently motivated to complete tasks;
Fluent Chinese, English and German are required;
You are living in Germany;
Accustomed to a fast paced environment.
