currently searching for a Finance Supervisor for a China acquired German business. The position is based in Dresden（德累斯顿）and leads a team of 8 accounting staff(local German). The global business of the the group is around several billion RMB and the group company in China is in the process of IPO.


The salary buget of the position is around EURO-80K/Y.
The general requirements of the position is listed as belowing.


YOUR TASKS
• Preparation of the individual financial statements monthly according to IFRS and annually also according to HGB
• Preparation of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS for the German group company with consolidation of the annual financial statements of our national and the two international subsidiaries as well as examination of the transition from Local GAAP to IFRS
• Participation in the preparation of the IFRS package including the notes for the annual and semi-annual financial statements
• Support in the implementation of the monthly financial reporting to the shareholder
• Creation of closing documents and support of the company and financial audits
• Documentation on all tax and financial statements relevant issues taking into account the legal requirements as well as partial processing of sales tax issues
• Update of the accounting manual as well as guidelines and processes in the area of ​​accounting
• Creation of analyzes, statistics and business evaluations


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• Successfully completed studies in business administration with a focus on accounting / controlling or comparable commercial training with a qualification as an "(international) accountant (IHK)"
• At least 5 years of professional experience with relevant specialist knowledge in accounting
• Well-founded knowledge of accounting as well as the independent preparation of individual financial statements (monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements) in accordance with HGB / IFRS
• Knowledge of preparing consolidated financial statements and, in particular, experience with consolidating period-end financial statements and eliminating intercompany profits
• Good user knowledge in dealing with SAP CO / FI and MS Office products (especially Excel)
• Very good proactive organizational and communication skills
• Hands on mentality
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
