Smart Device (Handset, PC, Tablet, and wearable product) Technical Support Assistant Engineer
Job Description:
· The Smart Device technical support engineer is responsible for understanding the feedback of consumers from Western European countries through big data technologies, including the response to the launch of new products, comments and suggestions on product quality and experience. According to consumer voices from various sources,the technical support engineer should Coordinate with R&D, Channels, Retail, MKT, and Services department to solve customer’s problems.
· This position aims to better listen to consumers in Western Europe, improve product quality, adjust product sales strategies, provide better services for consumers, and increase the NPS/NSS.
Key Responsibilities:
· Focus on the launch of Huawei new products, assist to plan service strategy and monitor the process of tasks.
· Analyze the customers’ feedback of new product to find the issues and push relative departments to solve issues
· Plan and organize the EMUI Beta test. Improve the user experience on EMUI system.
· Be responsible for new product services preparation and introduction.
· Assist to handle the accident event
Specialization:
· Electronics, communication related majors, have a deep understanding of the communication field.
Work Experience:
· At least one years of experience in Smart Device service industry and technical support, and have strong collaboration capabilities in various domains.
· Be highly sensitive to product quality and Internet topics,
· Understand the quality improvement system of terminal products, and improve the product quality by analyzing the voices reported by users.
Knowledge and Skills:
· Understand the habits of the European people in using terminals and the Internet, and be familiar with electronic, communication websites, and social platforms.
· Chinese, English can be used as a working language, fluent oral communication and read and write, German is preferable
