We are looking for 3 students torent our 4 bedroom apartment in Karlsruhe Ostdtstadt (Corner Humboldtstr /Gerwigstr.). The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a nice building, has86 sqm and consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, a kitchen, and a WC/Bad witha window.

The kitchen is being renovatedcurrently and will be ready for move in date. The appliances will include afridge, a gas stove and oven. There is room for a washing machine if you needone.

There is also a storage spaceincluded in the rent as well as a bike parking in the backyard.

The university is only 1000m awayand the tram is just outside the door. Grocery shops in close proximity (Edeka,Netto, Aldi, Lidl). In addition, Oststadt is home of lots of students and youngpeople.
