内容审核专员（10名）
职位描述： 1、负责短视频产品内容安全，确保全平台内容合法合规 2、负责制定和维护短视频社区内容安全标准，并执行相关标准 3、参与内容管理系统的改进和策略优化 4、与主管部门对接，及时响应处理违规内容并更新标准
基本任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，有德国合法工作签证。
2、使用中英文作为工作语言，掌握其他欧洲语言者优先面试。
3、关心时事，对社会新闻敏感度高，对时事政治有快速的捕捉能力。
优先任职资格：
1、喜爱短视频产品、熟悉不同短视频平台。
2、熟悉互联网法律法规及监管尺度。
3、具有良好的口头与文字表达能力，执行力和学习能力强，极强的责任心。
薪酬待遇:
年薪在27000~40000 EUR之间， 外加1.5个月的绩效奖金。
前期与法国公司直接签订劳动合同， 等公司德国子公司成立后转为德国劳动合同。

审核管理经理（1名）
职位描述： 1、把控审核团队的日常工作，管理工作进度和人员工作情况。 2、负责内容审核相关标准的执行及优化，对审核结果准确性负责。 3、监控各项审核数据，进行数据统计与数据分析，及时发现线上问题。 4、协调审核团队与其他业务团队的工作往来。
5、负责内容审核相关制度的优化，对后台产品的优化升级提出修改意见。
基本任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历, 有德国当地合法工作签证，有新闻媒体经历者优先考虑。
2、使用中英文作为工作语言， 掌握第三门语言优先
3、关心时事，对社会新闻敏感度高，对时事政治有快速的捕捉能力
4、1年及以上团队管理经验，有较强的团队合作意识
5、具有优秀的跨文化沟通能力， 沟通协调能力强

优先任职资格：

Description of Role:
As a content management specialist, you will be responsible for the online safety and legal compliance of content across ByteDance’s short video platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the short video platforms.
2. Development, improvement and maintenance of standards for the security of the online communities.
3. Improving the content management strategy for the short video platforms.
4. Coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Ability to speak and write in English and one other EMEA-relevant language (German, Dutch, Polish) fluently and idiomatically.
2. Paying attention to noteworthy social issues, breaking news and popular trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Active user of and familiarity with short video products (e.g. musical.ly, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.).
3. Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, reviewing content. 2 years of experience in relevant fields.

Description of Role:
As a Content Management Manager, you will lead a team and expect to initiate and manage day-to-day operations around online safety and legal compliance of content across ByteDance’s short video platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the content moderation team and provide thought leadership to improve team performance and drive sustainable business progress.
2. In charge of the execution and optimization of certain standards for content review, and responsible for the accuracy of the moderation results.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
4. Lead business reviews, analyze data to identify improvement plans for content review policy and product functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Ability to speak and write in English or one other EMEA-relevant language (German, Dutch, Polish, French, Spanish, Italian) fluently and idiomatically.
3. 1 year of people management experience (eg. managing vendor/contractor).
4. Ability to build relationships with cross-functional and cross-cultural partners, across geographies.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Active user of and familiarity with short video products (e.g. musical.ly, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.).
2. Familiarity with internet laws and regulations, in particular reviewing content. 2+ years of experience in relevant fields.
