Integrated Planning Assistant

Job location:  Dusseldorf

Main Responsibilities:

1、 Organize each phase to review the goods demand, installation, acceptance, and revenue plan of the project, and output the weekly S&OE plan of the rep office.

2、 Participate in the design of the project supply solution plan solution, and calculate and review the contracted ITO.

3、 Prepare monthly inventory rolling forecast and monitor and analyze the deviation.

4、 Organize the clearance of long overdue inventories and manage new shipment.

5、 Identify project supply and demand risks, and work with product lines and Europe Supply Center to manage supply and demand in a closed-loop manner.

6、 Support the operation of the rep office planning committee and prepare materials for the planning committee.

4. Monitor the rep office's plan accuracy (master plan, MOS plan, and S&OE plan) and urge the project team to improve the plan accuracy.

Requirements:

·         General requirements:

1、 Have a proficient command of office software, including SQL, foxpro, and big data analysis.

2、 Strong sense of responsibility and execution, extroverted personality, strong driving force.

·         Experience

Have more than one year experience in supply chain, planning, operation, warehousing, logistics, or finance.

·         Language

Chinese and English are fluent in spoken and written.
