职责描述：

• met all customer targets
• lead all communication from and to customer and headquarter regarding quality issues
• support 8D activities
• support APQP activities for new projects
• coordinate problem solving team
• support continues improvement activities
• establish a contact to the customer to understand his requirements and to monitor customers situation, be part of  the voice of the customer
• support manufacturing locations in terms  of customer audits
• support customer during SOP
• support and on-site support during evaluation of parts
• ensure customer satisfaction with the result of product and services
  

资格和要求:

• technical degree
• automotive background (min.2 years)
• knowledge in VDA standards
• competences in Problem Solving Technics
• ability to build strong relationships
• fluent in English and German
• willingness to travel
  

语言要求：中文母語、德语英语流利
