1.Operation
-Responsible for the customer service and the counter business operations, including daily customer remittance, foreign exchange, internal transfer and the other cash or non-cash business
-Responsible for account opening/closing and administration for private and corporate customers
-Responsible for online-banking administration for private and corporate customers
-Providing professional and efficient counseling (be telephone, email or across the counter) to customers in Chinese, English or German
-Perform other responsibilities assigned by the superiors
2.Marketing
-Marketing and consulting of customers, including corporate and private customers, to promote our financial services and products, including online-banking, debit card, deposit, credit, international trade settlement, cash pool, ect.
-Responsible for credit business including report preparation, grant credit and post-loan management etc.
-Responsible for marketing research and exploring new customers
-Develop and maintain good relationship with existing corporate and private customers
-Responsible for the relevant reports or statistics about marketing business
-Perform other responsibilities assigned by the superiors
Qualifications
- Very good Chinese and German language skills needed, English language skills are beneficial
- Bachelor above, Finance related Studies preferred
