职位简介：
• Responsible for the global process consulting of CRM application (during the whole life cycle  by managing all needed tasks) according to the current SLA
• Responsible for integrity, stability and continuity of this application (cluster) in one or many  system- and application landscapes incl. life cycle management and continuous  improvements
• Contribute to close collaboration of all internal and external providers on an operational level  for this specific application
• Lead and take responsibility in interdisciplinary enhancements activities, partly including  management of heterogeneous resources (internal, external, strategic partners)
• Ensure the bundling of changes as well as the proper integration and steer cross content  issues related to implementation and change management
• Focusing on all relevant CRM processes and consult the respective colleagues using the  application

职位要求：
• University degree in information technology, business IT, business administration or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in application management and development services, ideally for CRM applications
• Profound knowledge in IT service processes and tools as well as in the area of CRM and multichannel marketing
• Ability to identify opportunities that benefit the customer
• Strong effective communicator (m/f) with good influencing and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
