Senior Manager Testing Dept. (China/Germany) Expatriate to Xuanhua, Hebei Province (PRC)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

 Representing the Testing Dept. in China

 Leading the Chinese testing team at Xuanhua Factory on behalf of the Director Testing & Quality/Germany

 Acting as connecting link between the Chinese and German testing teams improving their collaboration, communication and coordination of activities

 Transfer of processes, methodology and know-how from Germany to China  Interdisciplinary working and close collaboration with specialists from related departments

Profile & Qualifications:

 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related, ideally in Europe (English language program).

 5 years of working experience in the European (preferred German) Industry

 Experience in testing (testbench construction, test procedures …) and knowledge of the construction machinery ideally complete your profile.

 You are working in a structured and purposeful way with high grade of personal responsibility. Working in an international and interdisciplinary team comes natural to you.

 You share our common values and are eager to explore new knowledge while being assertive and capable to work under pressure

 Language skills: You own an excellent command of the Chinese language in both written and oral communication, preferably as a native speaker. Your English language skills are on proficiency level C1/C2 (TOEFL, LCCI). Good German language skills would be a plus.

 You are quite familiar with both Chinese and German culture and working culture and are well aware of both sides’ expectations in collaboration.
