看上去似乎人才难觅。既然用了论坛，何不如充分利用这个平台展示一些公司主页上无法表达的诚意？比如介绍一下你们的工作环境，模式，团队，理念，发展前景等，也许效果会更好些。至少让人知道Think IT的创办者到底是什么性格/风格的人，值不值得共同奋斗。
