Team Assistant (part-time in 50%-70%) Place of work: Munich KeyResponsibilities: 1. Overall responsibility for back office management,including purchasing office supplies, liaising with service suppliers, andkeeping office utilities working properly 2. Archive and manage company documents. Maintain company'svarious accounts and website operations. 3. Organize team meetingand responsible for customer treatment, travel arrangements, ticketreservations and Visa requests etc 4. OperateHR processes and maintain employee records (attendance, personal dataetc.) according to policy and legal requirements. 5. Assist other departments in their work upon request 6. Create good workingatmosphere to improve employee satisfaction, e.g. organize staff birthday andteam building activities. 7. Coordinate with the headquarters to assist in organizationof external events, travel arrangements etc
Requirements: 1. Very good knowledge of common PC applications(especially MS Excel, WORDand PowerPoint). 2. Chinese, German and English fluently spoken andwritten. 3. Organizational talent and high resilience even undertime pressure. 4. Strong communication skills, service orientation andability to work as part of a team. 5. Flexibility in taking over multi-tasksresponsibilities
