Your main tasks will be as follows
Independent work in a team of lawyers and patent attorneys with the opportunity to deal with various areas of Intellectual Property Law

Providing legal advice for business units or affiliates in the field of Intellectual Property Law with a focus on Trademark Law
Supporting anti-counterfeiting/brand protection activities in online and offline trade to combat product piracy with a focus on Asia
Supporting the planning and implementation of customs measures and administrative actions against infringements of Intellectual Property rights with a focus on Asia
Independent handling of national and international trademark litigation matters
Independent drafting, review and negotiation of IP-related agreements, especially confidentiality agreements, research and development cooperation agreements and co-branding contracts
What we expect
You have several years of professional experience as a lawyer in Intellectual Property Law or Business Law in a law firm or commercial enterprise. Protecting brands and technical innovations is very important to you. You are familiar with digitalization and e-commerce. In addition to highly developed professional skills, you have a comprehensive understanding of technical, economic and strategic relationships.

You have the following personal characteristics:

Completed law studies with above-average exam scores or equivalent foreign qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm or international company
In-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of contract and trademark law, brand protection and anti-counterfeiting
Flexible availability and a willingness to travel
A practical, results-oriented and independent work style
Commitment, ability to work on a team and a confident manner
Very good German and English language skills, preferably Chinese language skills
