In order to expand our successful workwe are looking for a passionate and energetic Intern to join our team for six months. In this role the Intern will have an opportunity to better understand executive level consulting and 360 degrees recruiting. The internship is based in Bad Homburg in Germany with sometimes home office possibility.
工作任务
Creating official client documentation such as target lists, clientreports and company organization charts
Work closely with a Researcher/Consultant to understand requirements foropen positions and contribute to the development of new strategies to reach outto individuals with the desired qualifications
Proactively source and identify active and passive candidates throughvarious sourcing engines, social media and cold calling
Active work in supporting Business Development
Prepare for attending exhibitions and events
Organisation of client meetings for Consultants and Partners
Enter and update information into the database

Strong and very skilful in communication
Proven ability to take initiative, multi-task, and prioritize differentassignments effectively
Fluent German and English; fluent Chinese is a plus
University degree (ongoing studies also welcome)
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change
Hands-on positive "Can-do" attitude
Strong organization and time management skills
