Job Description
1.Organize the establish and implement of underwriting management operation strategies and annual plans according to the companie's overall strategies and requerements;
2.Lead the authorization and improvement of underwriting regulations and procedures.Supervise and guide the implementation of underwriting regulations and procedures. Control strictly the operational risks in underwriting process. Ensure the compliance of underwriting business operations;
3.Lead the system-wide underwriting operations. Control the quality and risks  of underwriting business of branches;

Requirement
1.Be familiar with insurance theories, clauses, underwriting practice and risk management. Manage to control business quality using data analysis tools;

岗位职责：
1，前瞻项目探索与预研，产品规划设计定义,协助制定产品设计大日程、组织设计评审：汽车市场造型调研分析，负责产品前期策划；负责产品创意造型设计效果图绘制以及模型的制作，设计、管理造型数字化CAS曲面/A面制作；参与数据评审、图纸审核以及RP件、模具件的评审与改善；负责整个项目阶段的节点把控，特别是造型的产品定位、概念设计、A面设计、模具的跟进等。
2，负责造型开发团队的建设，打造一支专业的设计团队：对公司产品进行定位分析、建立清晰的产品开发方向，并完成符合定位的产品企划与设计；负责项目设计要素的提炼和应用，形成产品设计的差异化，提升产品竞争力；
3，完成上级安排的其他临时性工作。

任职资格：
1， 硕士及以上学历
2， 工业设计、产品设计、视觉传达、交通工具设计等相关专业。
3， 3-5年及以上汽研院或设计公司工作经验，从事过整车设计者优先；有车身设计（大包围，小包围，拉花，座椅等）和改装设计经验。
4， 熟练运用手绘板、Alias、CATIA、犀牛工具、photoshop等；有独立制作汽车用品及相关的油泥模型的经验；熟悉吸塑、注塑、涂装、冲压、总装等与车身相关的工艺；了解汽车用品开发流程及控制要点；有良好的英文阅读和写作能力，能独立查阅国内外文献，并对主流设计进行分析和研究。
5， 积极关注行业发展动态，积累研发素材；熟悉汽车行业及产品造型发展趋势，对汽车改装文化有了解并热衷；对汽车用品的产品结构、材料及加工工艺有一定了解；具有良好的表达以及沟通能力，积极主动，责任心强，有良好的团队精神。

1、负责产品开发质量目标设定、实施，负责从样品到量产整个生产过程的产品质量管控,寻求通过测试、控制及改进流程以提升产品质量；

2. Establish and improve the system for claims, disaster prevention and loss management. Improve the relative regulations and procedures. Supervise, inspect and lead the implementation of the regulations and procedures;
3. Coordinate and optimize the quality management process system for claims management. Organize claims quality analysis, inspections and assessments, and propose recommendations to improve the overall quality of claims management;
4. Formulate a detailed work plan of the department. Supervise the implementation of the department's operation, and ensure the achievement of the department's annual goals;
5. Develop a staff training plan for the claims operation. Lead the staff's daily work to improve their performance.
