【海外区域管理部-Team Leader Inbound】
Location: 德国(法兰克福)
Responsibility:

• Manage warehouse according to budget.
• Responsible for accurate receipt and warehousing of product.
• Ensure product is properly entered into the inventory system.
• Proactive communication to internal contacts regarding warehouse processes which impact customers and transportation.
• Maximize warehouse space.
• Establish and implement operational policies and procedures including but not limited to production, receiving, routing, inventory, and transportation as it relates to the warehouse.
• Responsible for maintaining high standards related to the physical condition of warehouse and equipment.
• Implements new processes to increase efficiency while reducing costs.
• Ensures warehouse associate training is occurring timely.
• Proactively improve labor relations.
• Maintain safe work practices.
• Familiar with import customs clearance.
• Other duties and special projects as requested.

Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in logistics or business administration.
• Experience in warehaus management.
• Must be proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.).
• Team building, negotiating, communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in German and English, Chinese as mother tongue.

Location: 德国(法兰克福)

Responsibility:
• Ensure accurate and timely picking/shipping processes of all orders with maximum efficiency.  
• Ensure continuous review and improvements of operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.   
• Confirm all shipping and picking deadlines and priority cut-off times are met.
• Control mis-ship and backorders and locating missing product as needed.   
• Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track success and/or recurring problems.  
• Attract and retain qualified and motivated workforce; while encouraging new ideas for improvements.  
• Develop personnel to ensure appropriate back up/successors in all key positions.  
• Provide oversight while evaluating employee performance, handle disciplinary issues and maintaining an environment of respect and accountability.  
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar.
• Must be proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.) .
• Be able to multi-task and perform excellent communication, supervisory and customer service skills.  
• Be able to identify problems and resolve in a timely manner.
• Possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks and resources appropriately.  
• Be able to promote an environment conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and effectiveness.
• Fluent in German and English, Chinese as mother tongue.

• Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures within warehouse.
• Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
• Reports on inventory levels.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  


Requirement:
• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar.
• Leadership and management.
• Organizational and logistics skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Be ready when problems arise, or be ready to anticipate problems before they happen.
• Team oriented.
• proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.).
• Fluent in German and English, Chinese as mother tongue.
