SOMLE is a dynamic retail company undergoing a huge growth phase in their online business, making major inroads into the European online furniture + homeware sector.

SOMLE is seeking an experienced warehouse officer to assist our storage and logistics department. The successful candidates will join our growing warehouse team 5-6 days per week in our Langenfeld location.

This role presents a unique opportunity for an accomplished warehouse officer to join an established, sector-leading, organization and contribute to the development of systems and processes to underpin a significant period of growth and operational refinement.

Reporting to Warehouse operations manager, your responsibilities will include:

· Printing order tags from ERP system.

· Data processing of new orders and repairs

· Filing of paperwork and processing of picking lists to ensure accuracy of stock and integrity of data

· Assist in other areas within the Dispatch and Logistics Department as required and directed by the Warehouse Operations Manager

· Ensuring that the movement of stock in and out of the warehouse(s) is stored and recorded correctly in the inventory system and according to Company Policies and Procedures.

· Purchasing office equipment, such as computers, printers, stationary and etc.

Skills and abilities required:

· High level of attention to detail

· Time management and prioritising skills

· Good communication skills both in Mandarin and German, Speaking English will be an advantage

· Basic computer skills

· Experience in a similar role
