Cook over the low heat until lightly boiled, then add in semolina and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes. Gradually pour in the poppy mixture and sprinkle the streusel on the top. Bake in preheated 180C/350F oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
