Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d) for EV Charging Infrastructure

XCHARGE has designed engineered, manufactured, and serviced a series high power DC charger products, and has helped customers to increase charging operation efficiency through advanced hardware, software, and cloud innovations. More than 30+ Patents and Copyrights, areas include product design, hardware, cloud mechanisms. European company was also established to meet huge demand of HPC in EU countries and give energy solutions from one hand. All originated within XCHARGE’s R&D team.

With development goal and vision of consumption new energy and EV development, XCHARGE developed AC and DC series charging products, combined battery systems and operation solution with leading hardware, software, and IoT innovations to all types of enterprise and clients. SCOPE OF WORK:
• Provide technical support and guidance to our clients and service provider for all technical-related issues with XCHARGE´s DC fast-charging solutions throughout Europe
• Planning & execution of educational trainings for our clients and service provider
• Analysis and Examination of technical requirements of EU clients and developing solutions together with our R&D team in the HQ
• Analysis of the after sales issues and offer solutions to clients
• Technical support for tenders and projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Technical background, e.g., studies electrical/mechanical engineering
• Passionate about EV charging, sustainability, energy transition, and new mobility
• EU Driver’s license class B
• Knowledge about embedded system and programming languages
• Good English and Chinese language skills; German, French, or other EU languages will be considered as a plus
• Good communication skills, solution/customer-oriented mindset as well as team spirit
• Willing to travel within the region up to 50% of time (post-covid-time)
