過期居留

本人己在 nurmberg 過期居留了六個月了, 十二月六日會?姆ㄌm克福機場回香港, 會有問題嗎, 海關會 check 出我是過期居留會罰的嗎???? 好驚, 好驚呀...


有人有經驗或知道怎麼辦, 可以告訴我嗎....

我有一次从慕尼黑回国,就看到海关查到一个近60岁的老人也逾期半年在德国停留,接着就被罚款,好像是罚了100欧元...之后又被放行.但是听说会被记录,下次很难再次入境.要小心啊.如果不被发现还好.一旦被发现了你可就麻烦多多了

I am a hongkongese, I don't have a visa to stay here for 3 month... but i have alrady been stay here Since March... ....
I came here for part of my MBA programe. However, I didn't apply for any student visa.
I don't know I will go back to germany or not..
But I enter here from France (Nancy). We take a Coach ( a big bus) corss France and Germany Border. I do not have any immigration stamp when go though germany border at that time. .. Then I travel some places Including Northern Europe. Finland..etc... but i don't have to stamp my passport. I really afarid what will happen...
Do you think that if I fly , departure from Nurmberg airport will be better?
I book a ticket departure from Frankfurt.. but I worried frankfrt is an international airport... maybe the inspection will be strick than nurmberg airprot..... should I change my ticket????

if you have a passport of "Hong Kong Special Administrative Region", you can stay in European Union for three months, without visa.

so if you have no stamps in your passport indicating your entry time, so it is up to you to give a plausible answer to the passport control.

don't worry. you just have to give a plausible answer, if some one asks you.

but next time, to avoide troubles, you should apply a visa.
