ask for help, tax and salary

I have a question about tax. now my salary is 1300/per month for 11months. I want to know if i can apply to take my tax back, i meanMianShui or TuiShui. My tax includs three parts, 1 AOK insurance, 2GongZhiShui 3 retirement insurace. I know i can take the retirementpart back, and can not take AOK insurance back, but i don't know if ican take my part of GongZhiShui according to my income level and mystatus:I am married, having one child, and not a student.
