Logistics Specialist in DuesseldorfMain Responsibilities:1. Inbound operation monitor includes sending SA / finish materials inbound timely;2. Outbound operations monitor, DN / TR picking and shipping timely;3. Warehouse inventory management and stocktaking discrepancy analysis;4. Transportation truck booking and delivery performance monitor;5. Delivery POD management;6. Return operations follow up;7. Generate and monitor operation related report;8. LSP KPI data statistics and monitor;9. Logistics exceptions handling, such as urgent delivery.10. Keep communication with internal and external parties to solve problems.11. Performs special projects as requested; Requirements:1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in a related field;2. One or more years of related experience in logistics, inbound/outbound operation management, transportation management, inventory management, etc.  3. Familiarity with international shipping and receiving processes;4. Working knowledge of shipping systems and automated tools;5. Ability to follow oral and written communication;6. Prior experience freight forwarding, distribution, compliance;7. Experience in control of documents and material tracking;8. Good organizational and communication skills;9. English, Chinese language fluent speaking is preferred.
