Task Designation
I.  Yearly business compliance planning with German counterparts including:
Review white list
Evaluation of new business behavior
Arrange compliance training plan for whole team

II.  Record and get approval of anti-trust for all relevant business behavior effectively and timely.

III. Record all meeting output for further checking, including:
Meeting Memo
Standard tracker list
Team meeting agenda
Compliance training record

IV.  Problem solving:
Urgent case application
Explanation for the compliance challenge
PMO function for whole team

Qualification
·         University/college degree or above, master degree preferred
·         Major in business management or business law
·         Work experience at least 2 years
·         Fluent and proficient English speaking, writing & reading is strongly required
·         High intercultural and social competencies.
