3 Qualification Requirements

Master Degree or Above
More than 3 years Working Experience in a well-known enterprise or Research Institution
Not more than 55 years-old
Any nationality
Years of Working Experience could be properly loosed for those who have get PhD overseas and outstanding worker;

Postdoctoral Scientific Research Position requires possessing the PhD from a well-known University overseas or domestic,
Not more than 36 years-old,
Any working experience is acceptable.
