To strengthen our international team in Europe we are looking for a team member as 1. Market/Application Management Assistant (m/f/d) start in Jan, 2025.
Working location: 40549, Düsseldorf (on-site) Job type: Internship/Working student/Part-time
Job Responsibilities: ▪ Market Analysis: Assist the Sales Manager and headquarters’ sales team in conducting market research and analysis. ▪ Portfolio management:Assist to prepare and developing product launch projects. ▪ Customer & Sales Management: Support the daily operations of the european sales team. ▪ Project Summary: Create a comprehensive final project summary, including an overview, accomplished objectives, implementation review, project analysis, challenges faced, and key takeaways.
Job Requirements: ▪ A bachelor's degree or higher in a field such as chemistry (preferred), chemistry engineering (preferred) or a business-related studies. ▪ Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, German and other additional languages will be considered a plus. ▪ Previous internships/work experiences in sales with a chemical innovation focus are advantageous. ▪ Demonstrated interest in innovative coating and adhesive solutions for applications such as food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, automotive and new energy areas. ▪ Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and facilitate across teams and departments.
2. Sales/Operations Assistant (m/f/d) start in Jan, 2025.
Working location: 40549, Düsseldorf (on-site)Job type: Internship/Working student/Part-time
Job Responsibilities: ▪ Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. ▪ Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and contact lists. ▪ Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports as needed. ▪ Assist with order processing, including generating quotes, processing sales orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery. ▪ Provide support to the sales team in preparing and executing sales campaigns, promotions, and events.
Job Requirements: ▪ A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. ▪ Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, German and other additional languages will be considered a plus. ▪ Previous internships/work experiences in sales or administration field focus are advantageous. ▪ Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus. ▪ Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and facilitate across teams and departments.
