Main Responsibilities:
1. Perform customer relations review including but not limited to customer engagement process compliance and tradeshow support.
2. Perform conformance testing of company core processes.
3. Close support to department head on key projects such as problem identification and action items follow-up.
4. Provide operational support to the sales management department.
Requirements:
1. Solid MS suite skills with emphasis on Word & Excel.
2. Good understanding of sales processes.
3. Strong knowledge of sales process compliance.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin is a must.
6. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
