Applicants should be eligible to work in Germany.
Responsibilities and tasks:
· General accounting and statutory accounting
Accounts Receivables
Booking the banks
Bookkeeping and encoding invoices
Determination of the cost of goods sold and inventory
Tax declarations: VAT, Intrastat etc
Intercompany Reconciliation.
Monthly, yearly internal, external reporting
· Yearly closing
Ad hoc project supporting within the team
· Frequent contacts with statutory auditors, external consultants, local employees and tax authorities
Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor or above degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. Major in International Finance or related subjects.
· 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
· Familiar with local accounting system and HGB, knowledge of DATEV and Oracle is an asset.
· Proven ability to handle full set of accounts with audit experience
· Flexible, hard worker and great communicator
· Fluency in German or English, fluent Chinese.
