A IT helpdesk Assistant is needed for one of our international clients in the Telecommunications arena, on permanent basis in Munich. Fluent German and English language skills and eligibility to work in the EU are required. Start date is 1st November.
Responsibilities:
Helpdesk support for users, including desktop support, printer/fax machine support, IT training etc.
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initiate the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
Build EU IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
Requirements:
University degree or completed apprenticeship in computer or information related technologies
Minimum of 1 year relevant practical experience as IT Assistant, IT Helpdesk Engineer or in a similar role
Very good knowledge of laptop/desktop, OS, office software troubleshooting and maintenance
Able to interact with all levels within the company and represent the company professionally towards externals
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken), Chinese knowledge would be a plus
Team spirit, openness for an international environment and Chinese business culture
Hands-on and can-do attitude
Well-organized and structured working style
