"The EU Blue Card is issued for a period of four years if the employment contract is permanent or, in the case of a temporary employment contract, lasts for at least four years. In the case of shorter employment contracts, the EU Blue Card is issued for the duration of the employment plus three months."
Prerequisites
1.Possession of a qualification from a German Hochschule, an accredited foreign university or university college qualification, or a foreign university or university college qualification comparable to a German Hochschule qualification
2.It is possible to submit a query to the online database of the Central Office for Foreign Education Affairs (Zentralstelle für ausländisches Bildungswesen, ZAB) to determine if the foreign university or university college qualification is recognised in Germany (see links for more information). If the database does not contain any relevant information, applicants are required to apply to the ZAB to have their qualification specifically evaluated against payment of a fee and to present their qualification certificate to the ZAB (see links for more information).
Qualified employment with a minimum gross salary of EUR 44,800 per annum or, in shortage occupations, a gross salary of EUR 34,944 per annum.

我的理解:如果雇佣合同少于4年,蓝卡发行的有效期为雇佣合同的截止期再加上3个月

背景:人在爱尔兰,博士,微波方向,拿到慕尼黑一家公司合同,职位是工程师,合同写的是时薪,算下来年薪6k+,之前和家人一起在德国驻爱尔兰大使馆申请工作签证和团聚签证,3周后通知被拒,说是合同属于temporary。公司小改了合同,打算我本人申请job seeker visa,自己先去德国,打算在慕尼黑当地申请看看(之前有持中国护照的这样拿到蓝卡)。
1.拿着job seeker visa抵达德国后需要做什么?具体流程。
我看需要拿着住宿合同去市政厅登记一下,这个住宿可以是旅馆吗?因为我并不确定能否拿到蓝卡,拿不到估计就要离开德国了。

If You Have Found a Job in Germany
If you have already found a job – either while in your home country or while in Germany, then the following are the documents you need when applying:
For unregulated professions – a recognized university diploma,
In case of regulated profession – present the acquired certificate,
A work contract of at least one year in Germany,
Proof that your salary exceeds the average in Germany by 1.5 times or 1.2 times for professions in shortage,
A written declaration by your employer in Germany,
A valid travel document,
Proof of no threat to the public policy, security or health of the hosting state,
An application form, filled either by you or your German employer,
Two passport-size personal photos, not older than 6 months,
Proof of application fee payment,
Health insurance proof.
