如题，本人新到Freiburg，正寻找长期住房。希望小居两房40平左右，独立厨房、卫生间。预算每月warm500欧左右。" a. p% u, C9 P0 t9 K6 r  B

这个要求市里的房子不用想了，30公里以外还有可能吧，市里7百差不多。

试一下，freiburg周边的房子， 例如 Umkirch..

500WARM这样的房子在市区肯定没戏了，楼主要是能租到650WARM的就算是人品了！

The problem is I already had to leave for London. It was very unexpected and could not find a tenant. Anyhow since i'm not able to come and show you the apt i decided to use Airbnb in order to take care of this. I left the keys and contract of the apt at Airbnb.com in London and using their system you can inspect the apt and decide if you will keep it or not.The reservation will be made through Airbnb.com. I'm requiring the first month plus 1 month as a guarantee deposit deposited at Airbnb.com.The keys will be sent to you then with the rental contract. After you will inspect the apt, if you will keep it and sign the contract, you will instruct Airbnb.com to redirect to me the amount that you deposited at them.4 V4 P7 u* t' S
In order to start this i would need the name and address of the tenant and the address where they'll have to send the keys and contract. Let mek now what you think.9 _! h' b0 O+ g' W7 d

12月份会提高到50%

  C) T2 `4 H! {. _+ {- n$ ^5 \那到是，我们也是找了半年的房子，才找到合适的。什么时候有空来玩啊。让我们也玩玩。
