Traineeship Program- ACEMpro Junior and Senior from Audi
Theoretical knowledge is only worth half as much without practical experience. Therefore
Audi China offers the ACEMpro (Audi China Expert & Management Program) for China
committed individuals on technical and executing levels.
During this Traineeship program you have a number of different opportunities to gain
valuable insights into the processes and operations of an international car company.
Having completed this program successfully paves the way to for a long and prosperous
career with Audi (China) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. in China.
The following table provides you with an overview of the two branches of ACEMpro – the
Junior and Senior program which target different groups of potential candidates.
ACEMpro Senior ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Target Group:
individuals with at least six years of practical work experience, minimum of two years in leadership and management responsibilities.
Program issues:
The 32 months of the program offers an Audi expert orientated and multidisciplinary education including a 12-32 month assignment to the AUDI AG headquarter in Germany.
Requirements:
China Commitment/Experience:
Highly motivated and interested in the Chinese people and culture. At least two years working experience in China.
Languages:
German or Chinese as mother-tongue
German, Chinese and English on an advanced level both spoken and written.
Cross-Cultural China Competences:
Relationship oriented negotiation skills, persistency, political/hierarchical sensibility, intercultural competence in general
ACEMpro Junior ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Target Group:
individuals holding a Master degree with a reputable University with at least two years of work experience (including internships).
Program issues:
The 18 months of the program offers an Audi expert orientated and multidisciplinary education including a 9-12 months assignment to the AUDI AG headquarter in Germany.
Requirements:
China Commitment/Experience:
Highly motivated and interested in the Chinese people and culture. At least six months China experience (studies/internship).
Languages:
German or Chinese as mother-tongue
German, Chinese and English on an advanced level both spoken and written.
Cross-Cultural China Competences:
Relationship oriented negotiation skills, persistency, political/hierarchical sensibility, intercultural competence in general
