Supply Chain Specialist (1 person)
Work place: Munich, Germany / Pre-tax monthly salary: 2200 Euro
Principal Responsibilities:
- Assist the implementation of all phases of project and sales activities including making payment planning and liaise with suppliers and logistics company regarding order、 invoices and transportation issues.
- Designing or optimizing distribution networks, implementing supply and demand management, improvements, and/or supporting logistics operations.
Knowledge and Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business Management (focus on Supply Chain/Logistics or Process Management) and candidates expect a 2.2 degree or above
-Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment, willingness to be an active participant in a team environment and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
-Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
-Good communication skills, can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
-Accuracy and Initiative; flexible during times of change.

Computer skills
-Proficiency with standard office technology (computers, office equipment, etc.)
Language skills
-Fluent with Chinese and English and German;

-Offer support to the BDM Department by working directly with the Sales managers on various projects/programs
-Communicate with different functioning departments in ‘Global Sales & Marketing Center’ to coordinate relationships between customers and company
-Assist with the development of comprehensive sales lead lists
-Major in ‘Business Administration’, ‘Marketing’, or related fields, at least bachelor degree
-Excellent in office software using
-Active, self-encouraged and responsibility-oriented work attitude
-Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
-Quick response to market signals; conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
-Excellent negotiation skills and be able to communicate with customers at all levels;
-Strong customer relationship skills, ability to grow and retain accounts, build relationships, quickly spot and communicate potential risks and issues;
-Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
-Excellent in Germany and English
