Responsibilities Duties:

•        Develop, enhance and monitor assigned Joint Ventures ; g/ ^) R4 `6 P1 \% X0 r( d
•        Market development of specified countries

. C, U) Z# ^+ W4 L3 }# E- F•        Establish clear mile stone plans in cooperation with MTU-FN MA-department during the setting up process of new Joint Ventures.2 W" L1 \. L9 k
•        Team-member in Joint Venture projects: Act as a coordinator between JV-partner and MTU/Tognum-organisation.! K) f! y2 y+ J5 m
•        Supervise the implementation of post transaction tasks for currently established and newly set-up Joint Ventures. Responsibility: Ensure that the Joint Ventures act in    accordance to the agreed business plans and the Tognum rules and regulations described in the Joint Venture contracts.5 o6 G+ x# ]3 v" j- B: W) b, H
•        Monitor the performance of the assigned Joint Ventures in relation to the agreed business plans and the respective market and business development.
1 A# D; c5 V6 e+ @* u# f; N$ m•        Settle disputes between the Joint Venture partners. Responsibility: Ensure proper behaviour of related parties.
# D$ t  ~7 c+ Y3 W; P  {! k8 ~- J•        Formulate appropriate market strategies for specified countries in North-East-Asia.( t4 J, k1 d2 Y; H
•        Implement these strategies and secure a proper follow-up.5 e( r/ `, u1 U" }" H: @
•        Expand distribution network according to the approved strategy.
