Lady Gaga在2009年11月18日发行一张The Fame专辑的特别版，叫做《超人气怪物》(The Fame Monster)。这张专辑中将收录8首新歌，其中包括在舞场播放频率最高的”Bad Romance”。关于这张专辑，Lady Gaga说：“提醒一下那些喜欢我的小妖怪们：我的这张《超人气怪兽》会在我第一场演出前4天的时间上市，所以你们有96个小时的时间来背熟歌词，置办妖精着装。”
Lady Gaga的这张专辑《超人气》(The Fame)，正如她所期待的为她带来了席卷全球的超人气：全球销量逾400张，单曲“Just Dance”，“Pocker”攻占各国榜单榜首位置。在国内她的专辑一上市就迅速超过了白金销量，单曲也在各大电台持续热播。据悉，国内演出商近期也在密切接洽Lady Gaga经纪公司，希望能在明年让内地的歌迷也能亲身体验一把“流行电子歌剧”带来的前卫感受！
