Job Summary:
Be responsible for process planning duties in the following area
- Washing process
- Cleanliness process
- T&T and (coating) process
- New types planning (changed-over parts for washing)
- Budget control
- Cleanliness Team coordination
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan methods for manufacturing, defining appropriate methods for workshop documentation (work instructions, work plan, set-up plan, lay-out) according to the company policy, regulations and procedures
- Process change according to the company’s guidelines
- Requisition orders for purchasing or service for method needs
- Keep contact with extern suppliers requesting samples of products and materials for study and experience, evaluating and issuing technical report
- Evaluate operation flow, cycle time, machines, and equipments
- Coordinate projects in the area in teamwork, reducing costs, improve quality and satisfying customers requirements
- Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools
- Initiate, recommend or provide solution through designated channels
- Continuously compiles with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of Industrial safety equipment
- Plan and follow-up activities to improve productivity
- Use of quality tools in daily works (Poka-Yoke, PDCA, 8DReprot)
Authority
- Ask support for the superior if necessary
- Analyze Production Process according with quality, capacity and costs requirements
- Analyze Process Changes
- University degree in engineering background or related
- Computer literate in Excel, Word, &Power Point
- Good English communication skill
