hello,my friends.
when we doing TaiChI movements, the first step is keep the heart into peace possition. after relaxation and clean feeling into ours boby, there is an energy from the air into ours body deeply ,its the TaiChi books said: "TaiChi system,we can use the air energy from heaven to healthy ours body ,and use the earth energy for grow up the Qi who is moving system in body" .after that,The real TaiChi will coming soon......
The TaiChi energy about Qi,there ia the base about three kind of Qi training ,then,we called it " three energy become one energy" .so: the energy from the sky , the energy from the earth, and the energy from humans body .The Qi looks like is different, but ,infact,the energy is the same.
after study this training about Qi , when we doing TaiChi, everyone can use the TaiChi's Qi energy for help the life healthy system, and its easy doing, it need not spend so much time. everyone can feel the Qi as the nice music through ours body with air and earth.
