标题: 如何能在德国办理结婚手续？ [打印本页]

我马上要与男友结婚了，我们想在德国办理结婚手续。但不知从何办起，如果有人知道能告诉我吗？

   请我喝喜酒吗？  <!--emo&:d--><img src='https://www.kaiyuan.info/modules/ipboard/html/emoticons/teeth_smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='teeth_smile.gif' /><!--endemo--><br><br>   1、 申请人双方均须是持中华人民共和国护照和在德合法居留的中国公民，并亲自到大使馆申请；<br><br>  2、 出示国内公证机关出具的出国前未婚公证书（须经外交部领事司认证）；<br><br>  3、 申请人在德期间未婚声明书一份，须在领事官员面前签字；<br><br>  4、 递交本人在德期间未婚旁证书两份（旁证人须是有德国合法居留的中国公民）；<br><br>  5、 两位旁证人护照复印件及德国居留复印件；<br><br>  6、 递交本人在德居住地外国人管理机关出具的居留证明（Aufenthaltsbescheinigung）一份;<br><br>  7、 申请人如系因公派出人员，还须出具国内原派出单位的证明信；<br><br>  8、 申请人两寸彩色近照（免冠）各5张；<br><br>  9、 申请人须在领事官员面前填写“结婚申请书”一份。<br><br>

先恭喜啦。<br>我有同学也在办，不过都是和鬼子。听说挺麻烦的。<br>大概是如下步骤<br>1。你们要先在国内开1个当年你在国内时的未婚证明，然后得去公证。<br>2。让你现在的同学或朋友给你出1份你在德国期间的未婚证明，只要那个人来德国比你早，就能做<br>3。我同学就办到这1步了，下面还不知道呢<br>祝你顺利

国内取消婚检了，本着自愿的原则，很方便了。 <!--emo&(F)--><img src='https://www.kaiyuan.info/modules/ipboard/html/emoticons/rose.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='rose.gif' /><!--endemo--> <br><br><br>婚姻法还补充了一点，如果这边办，以后回国，发生什么事，国内不负责办理解除境外办理的婚姻公证。 <!--emo&:ph34r:--><img src='https://www.kaiyuan.info/modules/ipboard/html/emoticons/ph34r.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='ph34r.gif' /><!--endemo-->
