该公司成立于1972年，总部位于德国沃尔多夫市，是全球最大的企业管理和协同化商务解决方案供应商、全球第三大独立软件供应商。目前，在全球有120多个国家的超过24,450家用户包括财富500强80%以上的企业。1995年在北京正式成立中国公司，并陆续建立了上海、广州、大连分公司。

本次招聘工作地点在上海。

Support Consultant – Center of Expertise (30－50名)
What we expect from you:
——Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science, Engineering
, Maths and Physics (Master degree is preferred)
——Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
——Excellent analytical skills and effective problem solving skills
——A real team player who learns and adapts quickly in an international environment
——Being able to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines
The Job Responsibilities:

——Provide first class on-site support to our Global Customers like

Solving technical and application problems

——Optimization of business processes and solution operation

——Improvement of system availability and stability

——Onsite support in critical customer situations (going live, upgrade etc.)

——Performance optimization

——Customer project evaluation and risk mitigation of implementation projects

——Back-office support for onsite service delivery

——Message processing and solving of critical customer messages
