It highly depends on what are you doing in Germany..<br /><br />If you are just a student, then I rather to say there is minimum chance for your success in obtaining the US visa. And of course, the fact that your uncle is in US already is definitely not a plus!! Instead, its a nega..Because you have to prove that you will not immigrate(legally/illegally) to the states after you entered!! <br /><br />Therefore you need(must) to prove that your tight bond to Germany so that you will come back from US to Germany after you fullfill your purpose in US.<br /><br />And also, if you have difficulties in reading the above, please donot apply the US visa since your english should reach a relative level in order to communicate with the US immigrant officer. 关键是想签证官证明你一定会回来。 <br /><br />我去年因为学习的原因， 去了半年。 个人认为关键是向签证官证明：你在美国做玩你的事情以后还会回来。当时因为我向签证官证明， 我在美国的学习结束以后还需要在德国完成我的master thesis。所以她很快的就给我签发了。 甚至连存款证明都没有看一眼！ <br /><br />记住： 向他证明， 你一定要回来！作者: AltenWerther 时间: 26.5.2006 09:51
