Main Tasks:
Provide statistical support for human resources strategy work (e.g. collect information, archive documents, handle formalities.).
Use Photoshop skills to design posters for business promotion.
Manage the interview process including arranging interviews for new candidates
Identify risks and issues refer to HR operation (including policies, processes, and IT systems) during process.
Implementing procedural/administrative systems
Performing office procedures
■ Organizing the diaries and schedules of managers
■ Managing events, booking venues and ordering materials.
Requirements:
Previous working experience in HR or administration is preferred.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of Chinese and English, German is considered as advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PPT) and PS.
