HR Manager(Incentives, Benefits, Talent Development)
Main Responsibilities:
·        Oversee the calculation, allocation, and administration of bonus programs for energy storage, module, and trackerbusiness segments.  
·        Collaborate with HQ compensation to optimizingincentive schemes to meet local competitive requirements.
·        Conduct regular reviews of employee benefitsagainst industry benchmarks within the EU across all segments and EU regionsand recommend and implement improvements to enhance the overall benefitspackage.
·        Collaborate with HRBP and regional leaders todrive talent development initiatives to ensure a skilled and motivatedworkforce.
·        Collaborate with HRBP and regional leaders toidentify training needs and implement effective development programs across allsegments and EU regions
·        Facilitate succession planning to identify andnurture key talents within the organization.
·        Support the EU implementation of various globalHR projects and initiative and establish and track key HR metrics to measure theeffectiveness of HR programs

·        Design and execute programs to enhance employeeengagement.
·        Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions toassess employee satisfaction and implement improvements.
·        Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks toensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
·        Master’s degree in economics or psychology orrelated field
·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HRrole within a dynamic, international environment.
·        Fluent in both English and Chinese, German willbe considered a strong plus
·        Excellent analytical and communication skills.
·        Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis andreporting.
·        Exceptional organizational skills with a keenattention to detail.
·        Fast-paced and adaptable to changing priorities.
·        Self starter with the ability to navigatesuccessfully across various cultures and regions
