TP-Link Deutschland started in April 2009 in Germany, housing the Sales and Marketing team for DACH region, and providing support and central warehouse for the WEU region. Through our renowned distribution, online and retail partners, we distribute a comprehensive range of award-winning SOHO products (WLAN, DSL, Powerline, repeaters, UMTS / LTE, print servers, IP cameras, smart homes, smartphones) and SMB products (Switch, router, SFP modules, media converters, network adapters) and so on.
To support our team in Germany, we are looking for a full-time employee or intern for 6 months as an
HR Assistant (m/w/d)Place of work: Düsseldorf
Your Responsibilities:Support the HR Manger on HR-related daily business, especially on the Administration/recruitment areas;
Support on recruitment process, update recruitment status, organize interview, etc.
Onboarding and offboarding processes of all employees;
Issue employment contracts, Amendments, work certificates, etc.
Attendance management, incl. sick leave, vacation, etc.; Employee data gathering, update and maintenance in Personio, if necessary.
Support on outsourced employees related matters, incl. verification of working hours and invoices, payment request process, etc., if necessary.
Support on expatriates work permit application and extension for Expatriates and local employees, if necessary.
Support on other HR and Administration ad-hoc tasks.
Your Profile:Currently studying or fresh graduated in field of Human Resource, Business Administration, economics or other comparable fields;
Previous first experience in HR areas especially in Administration and recruitment. Experience with e-HR system e.g. Personio would be a big plus;
Strong sense of responsibilities, result oriented, and a thorough way of working;
Open-minded, multi-cultural sensibility, a high potion of empathy; Ability to keep your sense of humour even under time pressure;
Familiar with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.;
Fluent in German and English in both written and verbal.
