MD Technical Assistant (m/f/d)Location: Raunheim, HE
Responsibility：Independent and active support of our managing director and cooperation with global management
Processing of defined projects within LTIC
Control and processing of the operative business from appointment coordination to travel management
Preparation and follow-up of conferences, meetings, and corporate correspondence
Preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
Preparation and coordination of emails, letters and presentations
Coordination of internal and external communication as a person of trust
Requirements：You have a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with further qualification
Professional experience in assistance is desirable
Your way of working is characterized by systematics, personal responsibility and reliability
You have a very good command of Chinese, German and English language skills (reading & writing)
Very good MS Office skills (Excel /Power Point/Word)
You have a strong sense of initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset
Loyalty and absolute discretion are a matter of course for you
