01Job Description：
As a Vertriebsinnendienst / Inside Sales you will be responsible for providing intensive support and service to customers and business partners from the home appliances, industrial, automotive, and new energy sectors. You will be focusing on supporting Sales team with project management and sales & marketing activities. You duties will be:
Direct support for our new and existing customers and business partners,
Support sales team with projects following- up throughout the whole business cycle, starting from inquires, quotations, sample request till business closure.
Interface to our sales team, technical team, R&D, and logistics.
Regular update of project lists and sales documents, preparation of sales statistics for business review
Support Team with other sales and marketing activities
02Qualifications：
You will typically have a university degree in business administration or an equivalent education,
Professional experience in customer service, ideally in an international trading company,
Confident handling of MS Office, experience with ERP system and SAP will be a plus,
Business fluent English and German, Chinese will be a plus,
Strong communication skills, service-oriented personality with intercultural skills,
Strong service orientation, willingness to help and enjoy working in a team.
