1，Position: Administrative Manager

Job location: Duesseldorf

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

Supervise daily support operations, plan administrative procedures /systems, devise ways to streamline processes, develop and implement administration policy and process.
Manage office leasing, e.g., Lease agreement, renewals and termination. Project management of office renovation and site relocation.
Operate a variety of office service, including facility management, security monitoring, cleaning arrangement, reception, etc.
Employee Benefits support: canteen, vehicle, apartment, hotel, air ticket, etc.
Manage admin service acceptance and monthly payment to suppliers. General admin vendor management, including vendor sourcing, selection, negotiation, maintenance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree or above
An analytical mind with proven ability for problem-solving, motivation and negotiation.
Energetic performer with a “Can-do” attitude and flexible manner to handle multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Accuracy and attention to details.
Good at both writing and oral English & German. Mandarin / Chinese is preferred.
High competency level in use of Microsoft Office (i.e., Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

2，Title: Smart devices Technical Review Project Specialist

Job location: Düsseldorf, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

· Support HONOR consumer electronics product end-to-endproject management.

· Collect,track, and keeping records of project progress.

· Conductweekly/monthly project reports.

· Researchingand collect technical media reviews of consumer electronics products and conductreports accordingly.

· Briefing

· Partnerclosely with colleagues from HQ and our EU teams and coordinate differentprojects.

· Conductdaily work, such as organizing regular meetings and writing meeting minutes,etc.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’sdegree or above, with legally working permission.

· C1 or above C1 Englishlevel, Strong English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills, Knowledgeof German is a plus.

· Havingelectronic products base Knowledge, experience in consumer electronics industryis preferred.

· Proficiencyin MS Office.

· Workin office

· Highlyorganized and target-orientated, with strong sense of responsibility andteamwork ability.

· Ableand eager to learn new skills.

· Havinga natural talent to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
