Operation and Maintenance Engineer
Job responsibilities:
1. Computer hardware and software of the daily maintenance and management;
2. Installation and maintenance of network equipment and hardware equipment;
3. Computer peripherals (printers, scanners, fax machines, copiers, projectors, etc.) installation and maintenance;
4. Familiar with the weak current system system: monitoring, access control, attendance, digital group telephone host configuration and maintenance;
5. Company network construction and maintenance work, including network architecture planning, optimize the network structure, prevent network failure, to ensure network security;
6. Can independently complete the basic network computer systems, application systems, operational support or IT service management;
7. Deepen and accumulate the technical ability and process control ability to meet the service operation and demand of the target;
8. Analysis and selection of existing operational and maintenance technologies to complete a simple network of computer systems or operational support technology work;
9. Provide technical guidance to new members of the operat
Job requirements:
1. Computer and related professional, more than two years relevant work experience;
2. Familiar with the mainstream manufacturers of network equipment, such as cisco, H3C, Huawei and so on;
3. With medium - sized network planning, design, operation and maintenance, optimization and management experience;
4. Has a strong practical ability to operate, with analysis, to solve complex network problems, with strong on-site anti-stress ability;
5. Able to solve complex network computer systems, application systems, IT service management or operational support issues, in the existing operation and maintenance technology solutions for innovation;
6. Skilled WINDOWS, Linux, macOS and other mainstream operating systems, proficient in AD domain management, domain strategy;
7. Familiar with the configuration of the firewall, switches, security, wireless, voice and other products;
8. Familiar with AD, Exchange, DHCP, video conferencing, telephone switches, IP telephony, network capture and other technologies;
9. Strong customer service center, strong sense of responsibility, excellent ability to find problems and solve problems, good communication skills; active work, a sense of service and team spirit;
10. Practical ability, excellent problem finding and problem solving ability;
11.Work seriously, carefully, responsible, able to work under pressure, to cope with overtime, you can do 7 * 24 response to deal with various types of emergency events;
12. CISCO, H3C, IBM and other manufacturers certification is preferred.
