To ensure the effective and efficient deployment and maintenance of DCS+CRM system, which are supporting MG brand sales business in Europe, we are looking for a Vehicle Sales Business ITBP to work as a member of IT internal consultant team and study existing systems and business processes for vehicle sales and aftersales, collect new requirement and operational needs, prepare the system solution and prototype, take part in the test, support end user's business operation.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Engage with users to understand business processes and identify IT system setup/develop requirements to achieve the agreed aims
Guide & advise the user in terms of best practice operational processes and systems usage practices.
Prepare the system solution and prototype, cooperate with overseas developing teams to deliver the system function.
Perform system integration testing to ensure the solution delivers what's expected by the user.
Verify with the user through User Acceptance Testing that the system is configured to operate as expected.
Train the users prior to go live date in the operation of the system.
Provide support to end users to guide, advise and verify that users are able to undertake the role using the system.
Ability to own key issues within discipline and resolve to user satisfaction
Provides clear and concise user communication to agree implementation criteria and sign off
Basic knowledge of project management methodology. Ability to identify scope changes and highlight impact accordingly.
Skills / Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Science and Technology or similar training
First experience in Sales Operations / Aftersales / Supply Chain Management / Logistics / IT or Project Management.
Very good skill in communication, open-minded character.
Very good analytical and conceptual skills, problem-solving skills, and an independent and systematic way of working
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external project teams
Strong PC technical knowledge, including MS Office, MS Excel
Experience in DCS, CRM, salesforce or other ERP tools is plus
Very good written and spoken Chinese and English knowledge, German is a plus
